Went in to this service center for routine oil change as usual. Had a courtesy alignment check done, found that within specifications. Found that front axel shaft boot was torn, needed replacement. Four wheel drive SUV. Ray the manager have a long history keeping the 4 Runner operating at it best as it is 13 years old plus. The shop guys got everything done today while I waited. Excellent work as always, that’s why they are my “ go to place “ for any service even beyond the routine maintenance. Will always be coming back with all my cars and not only for tires. The people at ,at least , the Lincoln Ave store were courteous ,very helpful ,fair,and very professional. Their front end alignment equipment is , I believe , the best in the city. Dave the engineer that operated this equipment was honest and knowledgeable and aligned my steering ,on a 25 year old vehicle, to perfection .Andy ,the store manager, explained every detail that needed to be addressed in an understandable manner and was fair in the price. I left there with a great feeling knowing that I was treated fairly ,as well as driving a road safe vehicle. THANKS (to ALL the people at this store) guys . I would recommend this shop to my family.
